Margie I. (Fooce) Vandemark

Margie I. Vandemark, age 86, of Sabina, passed on Saturday, January 14, 2017. 

Born on February 20, 1930, in Gallia County, she was the daughter of Arnold and Flora Hazel Baker Fooce, along with foster parents, Jake and Nellie Kepler. 

Margie worked for Stanley Dealer and cleaned National Bank for years.  She enjoyed cooking, gardening and canning. 

Margie is preceded in death by her husband Robert Vandemark. 

She is survived by her children: Robert (Brenda) Vandemark, Jr., Kimberly Sue (Michael) Anderson, Tonya Kay (Kris Yount) Vandemark, and Norman Wade Vandemark.  Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren: Joshua and Kati Vandemark, Jarrod Ward, Thomas Ward, Chelsea (Ben) Thompson, Michael (Dedra) Anderson, Stephanie (Shawn) Anderson, Joshua (Leona) Anderson, and Samantha (Anthony) Brannon; several great-great grandchildren; along with siblings: Doris Easter, Leroy (Beverly) Fooce, and Roger (Wanda) Fooce. 

In addition to her husband, Margie is preceded in death by brothers: John, Charles, Walter, and Thomas Fooce. 

Family will receive friends at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 from 5-7pm.  Funeral services will be at 10:30am, on Wednesday, at the funeral home.  Burial to follow at Clinton Memory Gardens.
