Mary Margean (Fawcett) Davidson

Mary Margean (Fawcett) Davidson, passed peacefully from her earthly home, to her heavenly home, on Friday, March 30, 2018, at Court House Manor in Washington Court House.

Born April 15, 1923, she was the daughter of Carl and Pearl McClure Fawcett.  

Margean married Marion Davidson on April 15, 1942, who preceded her in death.

In addition to her husband, he was also preceded in death by a baby sister, Dorothy, a teenage brother Dick, and her sister, Betty Holmes.  

A graduate of Sabina High School, Margean was a member of Walnut Hill CCCU and had retired from Candle-lite, after more than thirty years.  After her retirement, she enjoyed going to auctions and opening her garage for many garage sales. 

Margean is survived by a son, Howard (Carol) Davidson of Leesburg, and a daughter, Margaret (Phillip) Seymour of Washington Court House. Also left to cherish her memory are six grandchildren: Howard Michael (Tammy) Davidson of Leesburg, Stephen (Robyn) Harper of Springfield, Jeffrey (Joanie) Harper of Washington Court House., Beth (Rob Yoakum) George of Cincinnati, Phyllis (Robert) Ragan of Gahanna and Mike Seymour of Washington Court House; sixteen great-grandchildren: Trent, Cody and Garrett Davidson, Brandon (Bethany Hooks) Harper, Elisabeth (RC Harris) George, Hannah Ragan, Gabe and Jordan Harper, Brandon Meehan, Shannon (Cody) Knisley, Colleen (Dirk Witherspoon) Meehan, Ali (John) Krupla, Jonah, Joseph, Twila and Bekka Meehan; three great-great grandchildren: Layne Harris, Karson Hooks, Lila Krupla and unborn baby girl Hazel Grace Harper; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family would like to thank the staff of Court House Manor and Heartland Hospice for the wonderful, loving care of our loved one.

Visitation will take place at the Walnut Hill CCCU (10449 Barger Rd. Leesburg) on Tuesday, April 3, 2018,  from 4-7 p.m. Funeral services will be at 11am on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at the church. Burial to follow in the Sabina Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are encouraged to Walnut Hill Building Fund of Heartland Hospice.
