Suellen Jenkins, 61 of Martinsville, passed away at her home on Sunday morning September 11, 2016.
Born October 22, 1954 the daughter of the late Harry Walker and Elizabeth Moore Walker of Wilmington.
She is survived by her husband Michael B. Jenkins whom she married April 16, 1976.
A 1973 graduate of East Clinton, she was a former employee of Airborne and had recently worked with Polaris of Wilmington. She is survived by her son Michael Cody Jenkins of Indianapolis and Brother Randall Walker of Leesburg. She was preceded by a brother Roger Walker.
This Friday evening, September 16, 2016, family will celebrate her life at the Expo building at the Clinton County Fairgrounds. Doors will open at 5:30. A short and sweet service by Shannon Harter will begin around 6:00 with a meal to follow. Pork will be provided along with Tea, lemonade, water and coffee. Please bring a covered dish of your choice. After the meal we will "TAKE IT DOWN" true Suellen style with her favorite DJ, Bub. Please BYOB. In lieu of flowers you are welcome to contribute to the celebration or simply show up, laugh, dance and enjoy yourself just as Suellen would have wanted!
