Thomas Edward "Ed" Farley

Thomas Edward “Ed” Farley, 88 of Sabina, passed away on Saturday November 19, 2022 in Sabina. Born November 16, 1934 in Pipestem, WV the son of Hubert H. and Azal Hurst Farley. Ed is survived by his wife, Norma Mitchell Farley whom he married April 21, 1956. After High School Ed served in the Air Force and retired after 20 years and then went on to retire from his Nationwide Insurance Agency in Wilmington after an additional 20 years. An avid runner starting in his 40’s and 50’s, Ed was also a member of the Sabina Lions Club, Sabina Church of Christ and the Sabina Masonic Lodge. He is also survived by his children; Mitchell (Sue) Farley of Athens, Charles (Tonia) Farley of New Vienna and David Farley of Sabina. 11 Grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Hubert H. Farley Jr. Visitation will be on Tuesday November 22 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina. His funeral service will be on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in the Sabina Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the St. Jude Organization.
