Amanda 'Mandy' M. Stroop

Amanda M. “Mandy” Stroop, age 42, of Frankfort, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020.

She was born on July 27, 1977, in Highland County, the daughter of the late Susan Williamson-Wheeler.

Mandy attended Greenfield City Schools and received her LPN Certificate from Southern State in 2005, with top honors of her class. She was a very talented artist and photographer.

Mandy is survived by her fiancé, Jeff Everhart, of Frankfort; along with her former husband, Michael Stroop, of Lynchburg. Also left to cherish her memory are her grandmother, Helen Pennington of Greenfield and her children: Kirstin (Clayton Schneider) Marks and Allie Stroop all of Columbus, Taylor and Ryan Stroop, both of Lynchburg; and a grandchild, Elaine, due in June. Mandy is also survived by brothers: Theodore Knisley and Scotty Knisley.

A memorial service will be announced in the future by the family.
