Billy O. Harris, 89, passed away March 26, 2026, at his home in Xenia, Ohio.
He was born March 23, 1937, in Fleming County KY, the son of John Harris and Elizabeth ‘Frankie’ Harris Noggle.
He was a devoted member of Spring Valley Global Methodist Church, Xenia Masonic Lodge #49 as well as the Antioch Shriners. Billy retired from NCR and in later years was a truck driver for Reynolds and Reynolds. He enjoyed many hobbies, including trap shooting and driving his ‘June buggy’ in Shriner parades but his greatest joy was boating at Norris Lake, TN.
He is survived by daughters Kim (Mike)Watts and Jennifer Redder along with very special friend and companion Ruby Weller. He is also survived by granddaughters Emily (Danny) Morrison, Samantha (Mike) Bennett, grandson Harrison (Mendi) Watts, 5 great grandchildren along with nephew, Steve Waddell and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Marlene (John) Waddell.
The family would like to recognize and thank Tyler Herring, Jeremy VanDyne and Don Fleming for their help to Bill and Ruby for the last several years. Mr. Bill will be missed by all who knew him.
In keeping with his wishes Billy will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held later this summer.
