Butch Hill

Butch Hill, age 73, of Milledgeville, passed peacefully at Clinton Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.

He was born in Cleveland on August 20, 1948.  Butch was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Moore Hill, who passed on November 28, 1992.

A true outdoorsman, Butch enjoyed spending time outside and especially loved to hunt and fish.  He was a logger, bought and sold timber, and worked as a tree trimmer for DP&L for many years.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Donna (Jerry) Hoyer of Washington Court House, Lynn Wright of Mt. Sterling, and Brian (Tessa) Hill of Sabia; along with grandchildren: Amber, Samantha, Lyra, Evan and Ella.

A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Silvercreek II Cemetery in Jamestown.  Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, has been entrusted with arrangements.
