Charlene Elizabeth Shiveley 85, of Dade City, FL passed away Thursday, June 11th, 2020, under the care of Gulfside Regional Hospice.

She was born August 12, 1934, in Dayton, OH, to Ralph Parvin & Dorothea Mae Willson Edenfield.

Charlene became a full-time Florida resident in 2004. She was a retired Teacher and Supervisor having worked for both the public school system and State Government. She currently holds a membership in the Bible Baptist Church in Wilmington, OH and faithfully attended Faith Baptist Church in Zephyrhills, FL. Charlene was a lifetime member of the STRS (State Teachers Retirement System), the Escapers RV Club, Good Sams RV Travel Club, AmVet Auxiliary, Ladies of the Moose Lodge, Elks Auxiliary and DAR (Daughters American Revolution). She was an avid line dancer and a dedicated volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.

She was preceded in death by her brother: Ronald D. Edenfield; and 2 sons: Paul C. Roussel and Raymond R. Roussel.

Charlene is survived by her husband Paul E. Shiveley, whom she married February 14, 1979; daughter: Patricia van Elteren-Roussel and her husband Jean van Elteren, their children: Jason Stephens and his wife Vivian Thomas-Stephens, Bianca Peeters-van Elteren and her husband Maurice Peeters and their daughter Mignon Peeters; Kevin van Elteren and his partner Marina Jansen and their daughters Lana & Lynn van Elteren; Paul's children: Ryan Roussel and his children: Kayla, Emma, Olivia and Ivy; Meghan Roussel and her son Bradley; Raymond's daughter Ashley and her husband Joe Miller and their children Emmett & Abner; step-daughter Tamera Trapnell; special niece Kristal Deininger, special cousin Orvetta Ferrell and special friend Christy Lewis.
