Charles R. Sparks

Charles R, "Charlie" Sparks, 85 of Sabina, passed away at Clinton Memorial Hospital on July 4, 2026.

Born December 2, 1940, the son of Ennis and Gladys Ford Sparks.

Charlie was preceded in death by his wife, Rowena Shrack Sparks on September 19, 2025.  He had retired from the Army after 20 years and in his retirement, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and repairing cars.

Survived by his children; Melissa (Duane) Trimm of Sabina, Lucinda Ababneh of Sabina and Robert (Rebecca) Sparks of Warner Robbins GA.

Several grand and great grandchildren survive, also survived by siblings, Arabdella and Don.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 8, 2026, from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina.

Burial will follow at the convivence of the family in the Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton Ohio.
