Connie Damron

Connie Lee Damron, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2026, just one week shy of her 77th birthday. 

Connie retired as a school bus driver for Wilmington city schools. She was an active member of her community being a part of Clinton County square dancers and was an active member of Wilmington Church of Christ.

She was preceded in passing by her dear husband Kenny Damron (2020), her parents Marion and Bertha Bledsoe, and her baby sister Paula Bledsoe. 

She is survived by her son, Jake Damron; her sister, Karen Bledsoe of Ft. Myers Florida; and her grandchildren, who were the light of her life, Brittany (Michael) Robinson of Hebron, Kentucky, Jacob Damron of Florence, Kentucky and Kyle Damron of Walton, Kentucky; along with their mother Dawn (George) Dunckley; and many other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Wilmington Church of Christ on Saturday, October 17, 2026.  Visitation will begin at 11am and a memorial service will follow, directly at Noon.
