Dorsey L. Wilson

Dorsey L. Wilson, age 86, of Hillsboro, passed peacefully at Hillsboro Health and Rehab on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

Born July 12, 1939, he was the son of Dorsey T. and Helen Barnhart Wilson.

Dorsey is survived by his devoted wife, Jean Docter Wilson.

A Simon Kenton graduate, Dorsey went on to serve in the United States Airforce. He then became a distributor for Mac Tool of 20+ years, and worked for Cincinnati Milacron as a field service representative.

Dorsey was a Lifetime Member of Am Vets Post 61 and the Loyal Order of Moose, where he held a Pilgrim Degree and served two terms as Governor. He loved to fish, attend auto shows and markets. Dorsey was a fan of car racing, especially NASCAR.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children: Kelly (Peggy Browning) Wilson, Jeff (Jennifer) Patterson, Kathy (Chet) Gregory, and Diana Groves; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; brother, Jim Wilson; and two nieces.

Dorsey was preceded in death by his daughter, Karla Chaney; his parents; and his beloved grandfather, Lee A. Reed.

Friends may call at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 11am until 1pm, when a funeral service will begin. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow at Sabina Cemetery.
