Emma L. Adams, 82, of Wilmington, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in Clinton Memorial Hospital.
Born November 7, 1933, in Clinton County, Emma was the daughter of the late William and Frances Wade Curl.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom.
Emma graduated from Reesville High School and was a member of the Red Hat Society, Wilmington Senior Citizens were she also volunteered, Clinton County Sulkeyettes, and spent many years at Woodland Lake. She always had fun being with all her family and loved to dance, paint, sew and draw.
She is survived by her children, Melinda Hall and Zack Adams of New Vienna and Greg (Pam) Adams of Wilmington. Also surviving are grandchildren, Hollie (Scott) Conkle, Kellie (Ed) Carson, Bobbie Jo (Edward) McKnight, Joshua (Jackie) Hall, Zack (Samantha) Adams, Tiffany Fox, Billy (Brenda) McCoy, Clint and Brad Adams; 24 great grandchildren;; and 3 great grandchildren.
Preceding Emma in death is grandson, Derek and her siblings, Donald, Bud and Clarence Curl and Virginia Kersey.
Funeral services will be on Monday, March 21 at 2:00 at Littleton Funeral Home with visitation on Sunday from 5-7. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery.
