Larry E. Brannon

Larry E. Brannon, age 70, of Sabina, passed on Sunday, July 26, 2020, at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Born in Wilmington on May 10, 1950, Larry was the son of the late John and Dana Huff Brannon.

He retired from Irwin Auger Bit and New Sabina Industries.  In his free time, Larry loved to fish.

He is survived by children: Shevonna (Todd Kessinger) Leaverton, Robert Truman, John (Brigitte) Truman, and Debbie (George) Riley; and special friend, Phyllis Blevins.

Also left to cherish his memory are five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Stella Brannon and Peggy Haynes; and brother, John Brannon.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his first wife, Katherine ‘Kay’ Slagle Brannon and second wife, Nancy Brannon; sister, Sharon DeBord; and brothers, Tony Brannon and Steven Brannon.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association.

Family will receive friends at Littleton Funeral Home on Thursday, July 30, 2020, from 5-7pm.  Funeral services, at the funeral home, will be held on Friday at 2pm.  Burial to follow at New Antioch Cemetery.
