Louise L Gallagher, 101 of Waynesville and formerly of Bowersville, passed away on Friday evening, December 16, 2016 at the Quaker Heights Nursing Center.
Born May 21, 1915 in Fayette County the daughter of David and Cora Hawes Lynch.
She was a homemaker and had also retired from the Xenia OS&SO Home where she was a house mother. She had also worked for Central State College.
She is survived by her son Tom (Kay) Gallaher of Middletown and grandchildren Cindy Culberson and Scott Gallagher, and four great grandchildren, also son in law, Robert Surface and daughter in law Bev Gallagher.
She was preceded in death by her husband George Gallagher, daughter Karole Surface, son John “Jack” Gallagher, grandson Larry Arehart and a sister, Pauline Turner.
A graveside service will be on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Bowersville.
