Lowell 'Kent' Frazier, age 71, of Wilmington, passed away at Clinton Memorial Hospital on Thursday, January 23, 2025.
Born on June 4, 1953, he was the son of the late David (Susan, survives) Frazier and Nancy Hiltner Frazier.
Kent is survived by his wife, Elaine Tompkins Frazier.
Kent was a machinist by trade, owner of East Fork Precision Machine. He was an avid cyclist and participated in many races in the United States and Mexico. Kent loved hiking in the woods and was a member of the Cincinnati Revolver Club.
In addition to his wife, Kent is survived by their daughters: Hannah (Kevin) Garen of New Vienna and Simone Frazier of Manhattan, New York. Also left to cherish his memory is granddaughter, Elaine Kay Garen; step-mother, Susan Frazier of Oxford; siblings: Bruce (Jan) Frazier of Monticello, IL, Denise (Steve) Babyak of Austin, TX, and Connie Malone of Oxford; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life announced at a later date. Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, has been entrusted with arrangements.
