Olaf Dunn, 86, of Sabina, died on December 10, 2018, at his home, surrounded by his family.
Born November 26, 1932, in Pike County, the son of Robert Dunn and Mary and Robe Smith.
Olaf is survived by his wife, Helene Williams Dunn, whom he married May 6, 1956.
A Wilmington High School graduate, Olaf served in the U.S. Army and retired from the Randall Company after 44 years. As a minister, he served many people and churches throughout Ohio.
He is survived by his children: Beth (Tim) Parrett of Chillicothe, Lori (Noel) Bean of Sabina and Kevin (Tara) Dunn of Wilmington. Also left to cherish his memory, are grandchildren: Angela (Brian Thompson) Kowalski, Amy (Kevin) Groff, Noelle (Blake) Singer, Zach (Younglan Lee) Dunn, Samantha (Jeremy) McGraw, Josh (Katlyn Phillips) Dunn, Bryce (Lauren Wallace) Bean; 12 great grandchildren; and sisters: Helen (Don) Wilson and Dorothy Jean (Bill) McDowell.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-7 at the Chapel of Hope (12986 SR 41, Greenfield). The funeral service, officiated by Randy Abbott, will be at 10am on Friday, December 14, 2018, at the church, with a luncheon to follow, before going to Cotties Corner Church Cemetery, Piketon Ohio.
