Philip Lee Barber, ag 67, of Port Orchard, Washington, passed February 26, 2022.
Born in Hillsboro, Ohio on July 27, 1954, he was the son of George and Dora Alice Dearth Barber.
He attended school at Fairfield High School in Leesburg, Ohio. Philip went on to work for Pan-Am Airlines, Naval Submarine Base Bangor, and was an operator of heavy equipment. Not only did he own his property and do his own landscaping, he was very charitable with his time and helping others in need. Philip was a member of a bowling team; he loved to play cards, billiards, horseshoes and barbequing. Philip also enjoyed attending bluegrass festivals, fishing and hunting for mushrooms. His laugh and his smile will be greatly missed.
Philip is survived by: Dora Sonnenburg (sister), Steve Barber (brother), Carol Taylor (sister), Larry Barber (brother), Mendy Southard (Sister), and Cindi Barber (sister).
Services were held at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Washington. Philip's final resting place is Sugar Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in Fayette County, Ohio.
