Richard Fouch

Richard Lee “Rick” Fouch, 70, of Wilmington, passed away on Thursday

morning, December 22, 2022, at Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Born December 10, 1952, the son of the late Eldon and Barbara Lacy

Fouch in Clarksville, Ohio.

He is survived by his wife, Penny Gray Fouch, his daughter and son in

law, Stephanie and Ken Weiss of Clarksville and granddaughters; Kayla

(fiancé Matt Simpson) Weiss and Kassie (R.J.) Campbell, all of

Wilmington.  Best friend, Steve Thompson and a brother, Mike (Kathy)

Fouch of Midland along with several nieces and nephews and great nieces

and nephews.

A 1970 graduate of Clinton Massie, Rick was a lover of classic cars, a

mechanic all his life and owner and operator of Insta-Lube in Lebanon.

He was a member of the Wilmington Eagles and Sabina Moose Lodge.

Per his wishes, there will be no service.   Per his family’s wishes, celebrate

a “Life Well Lived” every day.

Memorial contributions in honor of Rick may be made to the Humane

Society of Clinton County.
