Rita Jane Lilly

Rita Jane Lilly, age 75, of Sabina, passed unexpectedly at home on Friday, October 30, 2026.

Born in Lima on September 20, 1951, Rita was the daughter of the late Aaron and Fern Wheeler Wright.

Rita was a 1969 graduate of East Clinton and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Wilmington College, after serving in the United States Marines Corp. Rita worked for AGC as a buyer, prior to her retirement.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Trinity Full Gospel Church in Sabina.

Rita is survived by her sons: Erik (Amy) Lilly of Chillicothe and Jason (Casey) Lilly of Sabina. Also left to cherish her memory are her beloved grandchildren: Austin, Paige, Kelsi, Peyton and Maci; brothers: Ronald (Melisa) of Montgomery, and Donald (Jean) of Clarkston, MI; sister in-law, Cheri Wright of Cincinnati; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Rita was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Wright.

Family will receive friends at the Littleton Funeral Home on Tuesday November 3, 2026, from 3:00 P.M. until the time of service at 5:00 P.M.  Burial at Preston Cemetery, Alger, Ohio, will take place at the convenience of the family. Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, has been entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions are suggested to The Trinty Church, Sabina.
