Sarah Quick

Sarah C. Quick, age 96, of Sabina, passed away on July 31, 2026, at Hospice of Dayton.

Born in Rootstown, Ohio on May 3, 1930, she was the daughter of Cloyd and Gladys Jorden.

Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R. Quick on February 1, 1978.  The two were united in marriage on December 17, 1966.

Sarah had retired from Randall-Textron as an executive secretary after 32 years, she then retired from Walmart after 20 years.

She was a member of the Sabina Church of Christ and served as the Sunday School Secretary for many years.  She also helped start the Youth Prayer Breakfast at the church.  Sarah enjoyed watching her grandchildren at various 4-H and sport activities.  She enjoyed bowling, baking, playing cards and serving at the election polls for several years.

Sarah is survived by a daughter, Debbie (Mark) Crevonis of Sheridan, IN and was preceded by a daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Watson in 2023, and her husband, Donald Watson of Sabina, survives. Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren: Casey (Brian) Curtis of New Vienna, Jordan (Matt) Reid of Leesburg, Maya (Patrick) Laurent, Justin and Spencer Crevonis; great grandchildren: Crosley, Bentley, Blakeley, Cynthia Rose, Zane, Jude, Veda, Solana, Kobi, Avery and Finnley; also, caregiver and special friend, Laurie Littleton.

Visitation will be Saturday August 8, 2026, at the Sabina Church of Christ from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service at 3:00 P.M.

Burial will follow in the Sabina Cemetery.  Memorial contributions are suggested to The Sabina Church of Christ or Ohio's Hospice (Hospice of Dayton).
