Steve L. Spurlock

Steve L. Spurlock, age 57, of Leesburg, passed peacefully on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

Born on December 22, 1968, he was the son of the late James and Joan Briggs Spurlock.

Steve worked at Purdins Auto Salvage in Hillsboro. He enjoyed fixing random things, loved woodworking and fishing, along with researching the paranormal.

Left to cherish Steve’s memory are daughters: Regan (Dylan Robinson) Spurlock of Martinsville and Justice (Josh) Evans of Wilmington; along with nieces and nephews: Hannah (Matt Hansford) Spurlock, Kyle Spurlock, Caleb (Hannah) Spurlock and Tyler Spurlock. Steve is also survived by brothers: Rick (Sherry) Spurlock and Jimmy Spurlock.

A memorial service will take place at 1pm on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina. Friends may call from 12 Noon until the time of service. Private burial at White Oak Cemetery will take place at the convenience of the family. To help with expenses, the family would appreciate donations to the funeral home.
