Sue (Jackson) Gool

Sue Gool, age 75, of Sabina, passed away on Wednesday morning, January 26, 2022, at Signature Healthcare in Washington Court House.

Born July 1, 1946, in Dayton, she was the daughter of the late JL and Gertrude Pelfrey Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fredrick, on December 14, 2013.

Sue had previously worked at K-Mart and Eagles, in Hillsboro, before retiring from Hood Packaging. She was a member of the Hillsboro Eagles and the Hillsboro Freewill Baptist Church. Sue enjoyed watching football, being outside, reading, working crosswords and crafts.

Sue is survived by her children: Rhonda (Lonnie) Rollins and Loretta (Roy) Johnson, all of Sabina. Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren: Tosha Lowry, Mikal (Keiarya) Johnson, Macy (Ryan) Zimmerman and Taylor (Clif) Pringle; great grandchildren: Landyn, Tana, Alayna, Rosemary, Mikal Jr., Carter, Payson and Clif “Little Man”. She is also survived by her sisters, Linda Stoops, Sharon Smith and Marsha Shoemaker.

The family would like to extend a special 'thank you' to everyone at Signature Healthcare and Hospice of Fayette County.

Visitation will be held on Monday January 31, 2022, from Noon until the time of service at 2:00 P.M. at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina. Burial will follow at Sabina Cemetery.
