David Frye Obituary

David L. Frye, 63, of Harveysburg, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019, at home.

Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, on May 25, 1956, he was the son of the late Robert Frye and Mary Yarger Frye Lovejoy, of Fairborn. He is also survived by his stepmother: Glema Frye.

David is survived by his wife, Cindy Lewis Frye.  The two were married in 1987.

David retired from the Massie Township Fire Department after 20 years of service.  He also retired from Shannon Tool. David was a homebody who loved working in his garage, especially on his Mustang, and took pride working inn his brother’s machine shop. David had the ability to fix anything. Family and friends knew how generous he was and how much he loved the Lord.

David is also survived by his daughter, Jessica Bishop and grandson, Logan. Also left to cherish his memory are sisters: Cheryl (Feroz) Khan and Barbara Sargent; brother, Rick (Jody) Frye; and in-laws: Pamela Lewis, Katrina (Ned) Kingery, Michelle (Stephen) Vass and Rick (Holly) Lewis; along with many nieces and nephews. Also aunts and uncles;  Richard (Marie), Edward (Lois) Frye all deceased, Nancy (Jr) Berry both deceased and survived by Diana (Richard) Tener and Edna Frye.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date, to be held at the Fellowship of Praise. Arrangements are under the direction of the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina.
