Erma L. (Arnold) Ward

Erma L. Ward, age 73, of Hillsboro, passed unexpectedly at Miami Valley Hospital on Saturday, November 6, 2021. 

Born in Chillicothe on April 7, 1948, the daughter of the late Vernon and Mildred Temple Arnold. 

Erma is survived by her partner of 30 years, Dana Henthorn. 

She was a devoted homemaker and took great pride in taking care of her children and spending time with her grandchildren and extended family.  Erma loved karaoke and DJing; she was an avid doll collector.  Her true passion was animals, she was a true animal lover and leaves behind some of her special friends, including her cherished dog, Layla. 

Erma is survived by her children: Shanna (Rodney) Kimball of Hillsboro, Roger (Kim) Ward and Tony Ward all of Chillicothe, Angie Murray and Shena (Craig) Justice all of Circleville.  Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren:  Debby Fooce, Austin Kimball, Ashley Kimball, Tony Kimball, Zach Phillips, Justin Ward, Raven Ward Dement, Shasha Ward, Clarissa Parker, Amanda Ward, Michael Ward, Jordan Stitt, Devin Tarratt, Michelle Berry and Ryan Justice; great-grandchildren, Charlotte Grace Osborne and Bentlee Berry; and siblings: Jodie, Cletus, and Gary. 

In addition to her parents, Erma was preceded in death by siblings: Verona, Bobby and Jim. 

Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, has been entrusted with arrangements.  Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
