Evelyn K. (Jarrell) Corwin

Evelyn K. Corwin, age 59, of Hillsboro, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.

Born on November 17, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Joseph H and Edith Curnutte Jarrell.

Evelyn is survived by her husband of over 20 years, Lawrence Corwin, and their cherished daughter, Angela Corwin.

Evelyn spent her youth in Sabina.  An East Clinton High School graduate, she worked at Airborne and then, Candle-lite, for 10 years, in quality control.  Evelyn enjoyed reading, sewing, crocheting, shopping, watching the Hallmark Channel…including Christmas movies year-round!  She loved Jesus and found great comfort in knowing she would one day see His face in Heaven.  Evelyn was devoted to praying and reading her Bible.

In addition to her beloved husband and daughter, left to cherish her memory are siblings: Edith York of Fairborn, Linda (Raymond Buzzard) Jarrell of Washington Court House, John (Dorothy) Jarrell of Sabina, and Harry Thomas Armstrong of Washington Court House; along with nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Joeann Jarrell; and her brother, David Gene Armstrong.

Family will receive friends on Friday, September 17, 2021, at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, from 11-1pm, when a funeral service will begin.  Burial to follow at Milledgeville Plymouth Cemetery.  Memorial contributions would be appreciated to Littleton Funeral Home, to help with expenses.
