Kenneth D. Ewing

Kenneth D. Ewing age 78, longtime Sabina resident, passed away at his home on October 7, 2023.

He was born on March 11, 1945, in Clinton County to the late Leona Mae Lee Ewing.

Kenny retired from Lazarus and Airborne and worked at Uhl’s IGA and was a member of the Rodgers Chapel AME Church of Washington Court House.   

He was preceded in death by his mother, Leona Mae Lee; grandparents: Alfred Owen and Bessie Lee; uncles: Eldon Lee, Vincent (Luticia Marie) Lee; and cousins: Wilma Diamond, Sylvia Lee (Rudolph) Johnson, Sara Lee Bradley, Edward Lee, Howard (Gaye) Lee and David Diamond.

Left to cherish Kenny’s memories are cousins: David (Pat) Lee, Jennifer J. Lee, George (Pat) Lee, Mary Luticia Cooper, Vincent (Casey) Cooper, Benne (Sylvia) Cooper. Kenny is also survived by his beloved church family from Rogers Chapel in Washington Court House: Stella Browder, David and Christy Woolever; along with a host of additional family members and friends.

A celebration of life will take place at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 11am.  Burial will immediately follow at Richland Cemetery.
