Logan C. Lawson, age 73, of Leesburg, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024, at University Hospital in Cincinnati.
Born on May 24, 1951, he was the son of the late Daniel Kelly and Martha (Watters) Lawson.
Logan is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sharon (Minteer) Lawson.
An East Clinton High School graduate, Logan worked, for 35 years, within the MRDD community. He worked for the Columbus Developmental Center, and different organizations in Wilmington and Grove City. In his retirement, Logan became a ‘Stay-at-Home Papaw’.
He loved fishing and camping, playing guitar and listening to music, and was happiest when in the company of his beloved grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Logan is survived by their daughter, Sharon, and her husband, Gary Bennington of Hillsboro; grandchildren: Courtney, Logan, Gracie, and Taylor. Also left to cherish his memory are siblings: Daniel (Kathy) Lawson and Polly (Brian) Stanforth; brother in-law Philip (Laura) Minteer; nieces Kelly Spencer and Amber Minteer; nephew, Steven Bishop; and special great-niece, Raia Bishop.
Logan was preceded in death by his son, John Lawson and siblings: Alice Cartwright, Molly Lawson, and Rosa Bishop.

A graveside service will take place at 12Noon on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at the Martinsville IOOF Cemetery. Littleton Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
