Viola Jane Taylor

Viola Jane Taylor, age 86, of Sabina, passed peacefully on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Hospice of Dayton. 

Born in Clinton County on May 11, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Walter T. and Faye M. Hodson Taylor. 

Viola was a graduate of Sabina High School.  She worked at Gibbs Hardware in Sabina, and also worked on her family’s farm.  She enjoyed keeping her house, cooking, talking on the phone and visiting with company.  Viola was a member of Grange, Sabina Senior Citizens and the Sabina Church of Christ. 

Viola is survived by special cousins: Pam Kaufman and Glen Robinson; friends, Donnie and Cindy Watson and their family; along with several nieces.   

In addition to her parents, Viola was preceded in death by her brothers: Nathan Taylor and Clarence Taylor. 

Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of Dayton.  

Friends may call at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 11am – 12 Noon, when a funeral service will begin.  Burial to follow at Milledgeville Plymouth Cemetery.
