Mickey D. Wallen

Mickey D. Wallen, age 52, of Wilmington, passed on Sunday, January 15, 2017, at Clinton Memorial Hospital. 

Born on May 7, 1962, in Wilmington, he was the son of the late Windle and Sally Randolph Wallen. 

Mickey was a 1982 graduate of Wilmington High School.  He worked, for 21 years, at ABX Air and, more recently, worked for Fein Tool in Blue Ash. Mickey was a Master Mason out of the Harveysburg Lodge. 

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Lee Wallen, whom he married in 1987. 

Also left to cherish his memory are sons: Joshua Wallen of Wilmington and Randy (Mollie Leisure) Wallen of Washington Court House; and grandchildren: Bailey, Addy, Garrett, Zeke, and Bristol Wallen.  Also surviving are siblings: Jeanie (Elvin) Shelton, Debra (John) Edwards, Lois Patton, Vicki (Ron) Kendall, Windlie Jo (Art) Kroener, and Angel (Rudy Paris) Reynolds; brothers in-law: Phil George, Scott Lee and Bruce Lee; and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Mickey is preceded in death by a brother, Windle Robin Wallen; sister, Kay George; brother in-law, Robert ‘Danny’ Lee; and great nephew, Braden Hamilton. 

Family will receive friends at on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, from 12-2pm, when a funeral service will begin. Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.
